By installing and using the RMM agent, as well as having repairs and/or services performed on your devices, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please kindly do not install or use the RMM agent, or seek any repairs or services with us.

User Consent: By using the RMM agent, you consent to Grace Tech Solutions having full access to your devices. This access enables us to proactively identify and address any potential issues.
Scope of Monitoring: The RMM agent will monitor performance metrics, security statuses, software versions, and other system data.
User Responsibilities: You agree to use the RMM agent in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of the RMM agent do not violate the terms of any agreements you have with third parties.

By using this service, you agree to release Grace Tech Solutions from any legal liability associated with the monitoring and management of your devices, as well as repairs and services performed albeit remotely or at the place of business.
7. Device Repairs
During the repair or maintenance of your devices, Grace Tech Solutions will make every effort to mitigate potential risks or issues. However, there is no guarantee of success in repairing or maintaining devices. Grace Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues that may arise during or after the repair process. By using our repair services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
